All - We only have an 1 hour with the players for practice.
It is important that we start Warm Ups as soon as we can to the start time!
We only get 6 practices, so we have to make them count.
Each game is 1 hour and 25 mins only, and will stop when the time is up.

Field Practices Only
- Put all gear in the dugouts
- Start with -> Two laps jogging/running homeplate to 3rd base an back
- Then -> Pair up and throw the ball on the grass behind 3rd base or 1st base which ever dugout it closest
Batting Practices Only
- We meet at the batting cages between field #4 and Field #3

- 2 Coaches in the cages, Rotate through players 7 balls each (just making contact with ball, watching the swing and stance, making adjustments as needed)
- 1 Coach working with pitchers and catchers in the bullpen

- 15 Mins - WarmUp / Announcements / Prayer
- 15 mins - Split up into teams and work on assignments[pop flys, grounding, pitching and catching, stance/readiness]
- 25 Mins - Come together and practice as a team
- 5 Mins - Prayer / Things to study and practice
